People
ECOSavvy founder, Sandy McCathie’s sustainability experience spans two and half decades. The last fifteen years, has been a balance of raising a family and intermittent input into projects that have sought to provide optimal outcomes for humans whilst minimising impacts on the natural world.
From research and policy to education and strategic program design – prevention, innovation, education, partnerships, collaboration, and fairness have been interwoven into projects for sustainable built environments, ecosystem preservation, carbon mitigation and the path to net zero, and now the transition to a regenerative and purpose driven, circular, wellbeing economy.

ECOSavvy acknowledges that the land we live and work on is the traditional country and homelands of the Yuggera and Turrbal Peoples of Meanjin.
We acknowledge they have walked, cared for, sung, told stories and danced on this land for thousands of years. We acknowledge and respect their spiritual relationship, cultural heritage, beliefs and connection to this land and acknowledge that those connections are still important today.
We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
